• Pull products based on customer orders
• Must NOT be afraid of heights
• Operator must be able to operate a cherry picker fork lift
• Receiving and storing all products safely and accurately within the warehouse
• Sort and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins

Pay Range: 16.00 | Shifts: First Shift | Hours: 6am to 4:30

• Follow all Safety Rules for Department and Entire Facility.
• Must be familiar with the operation of all Godet rolls, switches, heaters, and aspirators on BCF Spinning machine.
• Must be familiar with the correct yarn path/yarn thread/wraps on the BCF Spinning machine, and able to rethread it in a timely manner.
• Must be familiar with Instrumar alarm lights.
• Responsible for operating and doffing winders when yarn cycle is complete.
• Perform online quality inspection of yarn (i.e. shade, air tack, winding, proper labels, etc.).
• Properly packing out yarn on buggies, and label with correct information in delivering a first quality product.
• Train new and/or existing operators until competent.
• Keeping machine's cleaned and wiped down at all times. (String Waste, Tack Box, Spin Finish Trays, Etc.)
• Responsible for general housekeeping of work area (Trash, Sweeping, Mopping, and Wiping down assigned BCF Spinning machine, Etc.)
• Transport yarn Test Buggy to Lab for Quality Testing.
• Be aware of Aquafil's Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisor if further explanation is needed).

• Follow all Safety Rules for Department and Entire Facility.
• Must be familiar with all pack out set-ups and pack out procedures.
• Perform quality inspection (i.e. proper labels, materials, yarn mixes, etc.) before yarn is packed out.
• Ensure every buggy has correct tube color, label, and material before scanning/packing.
• Verify/scan 1 label on tube core to print correct SAP label for correct contents.
• Making sure yarn that’s packed in stretch film is packed correctly and no visible yarn is exposed.
• Verifying the correct cone count on each pallet is correct before making label.
• Operator must make manual tickets for all stretch film cases after packed and scanned and staged in the Holding Area on the dock for transport.
• Report any discrepancies to the Department Manager.
• Responsible for general housekeeping (Trash, Sweeping, Mopping, and Wiping down assigned area, etc.)

• Takes the sheets of material the laser just cut out and knock out the parts .
• Put parts in the bin and then takes the skeleton 
•  

• Joins, fabricates and repairs metal and otherweldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques and operating variouswelding devices.
• Interprets blueprints , specifications,diagrams or schmatics to detemine appropiate welding process.
• Inspects completed weld to determine structural soundness.
• Familiar with complies with all safety requirements and protocols for working in hazardous environment .

 This position is a member of the shiping and receiving team . This postion will require a high degree of flexibility coupled with prioritizing under pressure , thus meeting the daily demands of the shipping and receiving department. Being a team player and assisting in developing a team environment is key to this position,s success . 

• Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines 
• Uses computer-controlled equipment to select, postition, and secure automatic or semi-automaticmachines 
• Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete simple tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion .

FORKLIFT DRIVER IN ROME 

MONDAY-FRIDAY - 7 AM TO 5 PM 

ROTATING DAYS 6PM TO 6AM WILL START ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND GO BACK AND WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. WILL BE OFF EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
