High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Skill and ability to use and operate an adding machine, computer, fax machine, phone system and copier. Excellent verbal communication skills, good written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in written or diagram form. Reasoning; dealing with problems involving a few variables in standard situations.
