All applicants can fill out an online application or come to your local branch office to fill out an application. We conduct in house testing and interviewing for all new hires before placing candidates at any of our temporary jobs. In addition, you will watch brief safety video. All applicants must provide documentation proving that they are eligible to work in the United States and may be asked to submit to a drug test and reference and background checks.
When deciding whether to recommend a candidate to one of our client, JMA Placement takes into consideration a variety of factors. One of those factors includes whether the individual has a criminal conviction, which may be relevant to a particular job opportunity. Even if you have a criminal conviction, we encourage you to complete an online application. Our Personnel Supervisors will review your history and work experience and determine if you are a candidate for any of our open job positions.
All employees will be evaluated for benefits during our ‘annual’ open enrollment period. If eligibility requirements are met, the employee will be offered benefits and premiums will be paid via weekly payroll deductions.
